We will definitely do this. All our apartments have been categorized and are officially rented. This allows us to register our guests and provide them with a “white card.”

Yes, of course. You can book the apartment without prepayment and pay in cash on the day of check-in.
Какой минимальный срок аренды? А максимальный?
With the Extended Stay program, the minimum rental period is one month. This allows you to receive special terms and a reduced price. There is no maximum rental period.

If you need an apartment for a short period, we offer daily rentals. By booking directly with us, you save on Airbnb and Booking fees.
